How do I view waypoints on my Garmin?
Log in to the Garmin Explore website. Select Map. Select Waypoints under Library from the left panel. Select a waypoint to be taken to the waypoint location on the map.

Firstly, setup your external device to use Bluetooth connections with NMEA messages and then pair the device with your Android smartphone. Finally, on GPS Waypoints Settings you need to select the “External GNSS Receiver” option and the desired Bluetooth paired device.
